7 AAC 26.285. Mutual aid agreements

A state-certified emergency medical service may establish a mutual aid agreement with another state-certified emergency medical service or services, by written agreements signed by the officers in charge of the services, and in accordance with a municipal or borough ordinance or resolution if the service is funded by local tax money.
